I love noodles.
I love noodles because of its diversify. You can have it hot or cold, with or without soup. You can have it at anytime of the day, and you can even get cup noodle at any 7-11.
It’s a gorgeous sunny day. After running some errands I decided to have cold noodle for late breakfast. A big plate of cold noodle dressed in noodle sauce mainly made of soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, and water. Topped with julienned cucumber, bean sprouts, a dash of mashed garlic, sesame sauce, and of course hot chilli sauce. The noodle is full of flavour, and it just picks me up.
